So-easy, delicious peanut butter roughs Almost guilt-free
Full of protein, good fats and deliciousness. Perfect post-workout or after school snack.
1/2 cup peanut butter (my favourite is Mayvers Crunchy Peanut Butter)
1 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
Pinch Himalayan pink salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cacao
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. Press mixture in to cup cake moulds and place in the fridge to set. Enjoy!
