Qualified nutritionist and health expert Laura Collins, and Peaches founder Tori Clapham, are holding a Stress Management and Meditation workshop to help you understand the impact of stress on your physical wellbeing and how you can manage it. The workshop will explore how stress hormones are produced and what they do to your body.
