What: Balmain Fitness is holding a FREE lifting workshop called “Do the Big Lifts”. Peter Robinson, a personal trainer with expertise in sports specific coaching, will teach you correct technique on lifts such as overhead press, squats and dead lifts, so you can get the most out of your workouts.
Why: Proper technique and form will not only give you that sculpted bod, it’s also a great way to stay safe and avoid injury in the gym.
When: Saturday, 2 July, 2016 from 11:30am to 12:15pm. No need to book, just show up on the day and pump some iron!
