What: Join Yoga in Daily Life for a relaxing full moon meditation session. Practicing meditation at this time can help restore your energy to its natural flow and allows you to experience deep peace.
Why: To find balance and escape the stresses of everyday life.
Who: Everyone is welcome to this soothing meditation class. A $10 donation is requested upon arrival and all proceeds are going to charity.
