Free training for The Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon

What: Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned marathon looking to smash your PB,  Virgin Active Health Clubs are holding weekly training sessions to prepare you for the 25th Sydney Morning Herald Half Marathon. A choice of distance options are available to cater for runners of all experience and ability levels.

The Virgin Active gym facilities will be available for use.

Why: Training in a group environment can help boost your performance.

Who: Everyone is welcome to attend, it’s FREE.

When/ where: Virgin Active are offering morning and afternoon runs at two locations. Check their timetable for details. The training sessions will run every week until event weekend on Sunday, 15 May.
