What: If you’re looking for a non-aggressive way to improve your flexibility, yin yoga is the answer. Join Yoga 213 for an introduction into the more restorative style of yoga with their resident expert Hugh Lee. Each pose will target a different part of the body and free up the deeper connective tissues. After the relaxing session, Hugh will delve into the theory behind the practice.
