Yoga for runners
What: If you’re training for the SMH Half Marathon and looking for ways to reduce the risk of injury or an avid runner wanting to strengthen your weak spots, Modo Yoga have designed a class to help you develop greater flexibility and strength.
Why: To loosen up tight muscles and enjoy the calming and relaxing benefits that yoga is known for. Bodypass members can book the class and attend for free or $22 for non-members. All proceeds will go towards Can Too.
When: Saturday, 16 April & Saturday, 30 April from 10am to 11am.
Where: Modo Yoga Sydney, Mezzanine, 55 Mentmore Ave, Rosebery 2018.
